Become more of who you truly are
Beyond the noise of cultural expectations or ego-driven goals, get in tune with what your Soul is asking of you.
We take you on a journey to authentic self-discovery while engaging with your inner world – dreams, personal narratives and images.
We don’t offer quick fixes or life hacks. We don’t chase productivity metrics. We offer something deeper: a relationship with your inner world.
What is Jungian Coaching?
Jungian Coaching is a psychospiritual approach to personal development centered on the process of individuation—the lifelong journey of becoming your authentic self.
We believe that our Inner Guide, our Psyche, our Soul brings us to challenging places in our lives for a reason. One might say for a purpose.
The question we then ask is : “What wants to move through me?” ; “What am I asked to understand or develop to deal with this situation?”
- Learnt behaviors from the past: how they are serving you and what they are preventing you from doing?
- Images emerging that want your attention
- Your relationship to shadow and unconscious material
- Archetypes, myths, and personal narratives shaping your life
- The voice of the Soul and the deep wishes it holds
Jungian Coaching is not therapy, but it is therapeutic.
It’s not about fixing, but about deepening.
It’s not directive or prescriptive—instead, it’s collaborative and emergent.
Jungian coaching typically involves 5 to 8 sessions.
- A quick-fix or goal-oriented life coaching method
- A substitute for psychotherapy or mental health treatment
- Mystical or “woo-woo” spirituality
- Advice-giving or problem-solving service
- A space where the coach holds more authority than you
- Deepen your awareness
- Dialogue with your inner world
- Explore your own truths
- Reconnect with your innate wholeness
Reconnect with Soul. Reclaim Your Story. Rediscover Meaning.
This is not about becoming someone else.
Jungian Life Coaching is not your typical coaching experience.
Rooted in depth psychology, this coaching process is a soulful, ethically grounded journey inward.
It invites you to explore the unconscious, engage with images, dreams, archetypes, and shadow, and discover what your soul is asking of you—beyond the noise of cultural expectations or ego-driven goals.
- We don’t offer quick fixes or life hacks.
- We don’t chase productivity metrics.
- We don’t strive to make you “better”, we strive to make you “real” and “whole”.
It's about being in relationship with your inner world.
Jungian coaching can be beneficial to you if:
- You are facing inner conflict and looking for clarity
- You are navigating a life transition
- You are feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected from your sense of purpose
- You are seeking a deeper understanding of yourself by exploring your inner narratives and images
- You value self-reflection, inner transformation, and conscious living
This is deep brave work - but you are not alone
"Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart.
Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."
- Carl Gustav Jung
Our ethical commitment
- Client Autonomy First – You are the expert on your own life. We never claim to have the answers, only the right questions and tools for exploration.
- No Gurus, No Hype – We do not position ourselves as authorities over your psyche. We walk beside you, not in front of you.
- Depth, Not Diagnosis – While Jungian coaching can feel therapeutic, we do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. We are not a substitute for therapy or psychiatric care.
- Non-Pathologizing Approach – Struggles, symptoms, and suffering are not signs that something is “wrong with you,” but meaningful signals from the unconscious. We listen to them with curiosity, not judgment.
- Shadow-Aware, Trauma-Respectful – We are trained to recognize projection, transference, and unconscious dynamics. While we do not offer trauma therapy, we approach all work with compassion, sensitivity, and psychological safety.
Testimonials
I came in completely stuck about whether to take a new job offer or stay at my current company. During our session, the cards we pulled spoke directly to my fear of change but also showed me how I was outgrowing my comfort zone.
Looking back, this gave me more clarity than weeks of pros and cons lists. I made my decision the next day and haven't looked back!
After my breakup, I felt lost and couldn't stop obsessing over what went wrong. During the session, we explored patterns I keep repeating in relationships.
When the Tower card appeared, I had to laugh because it was so spot-on!
Now I see that ending as the wake-up call I needed. Worth every penny.
I didn't come with any burning questions - just felt drawn to try this as a birthday gift to myself. During the session, we explored general themes in my life, and I was surprised how the cards reflected things I'd been vaguely feeling but hadn't put into words. Looking back, it was like a gentle "getting back in touch with myself" and it felt wonderful.
As someone who reads her own cards regularly, I wanted a fresh perspective from someone who wouldn't be caught in my own blind spots.
During our session, Aline noticed connections between cards that I would have completely missed - especially around my work-life boundaries.
Afterward, I realized how much deeper Tarot can go with the right guide. It's like having a trusted second pair of eyes on your own material. Definitely strengthened my personal practice and will book again for the "learning" quality of these sessions.

In alignment with our ethical commitment to do no harm, if we observe signs of serious psychological distress, unresolved trauma, or psychiatric symptoms that fall outside the scope of coaching, we will gently refer clients to qualified mental health professionals.
We believe in the importance of receiving the right kind of support, at the right time, from the right provider.
Jungian coaching is spiritual in the broadest sense—it honors the soul’s movement—but it is not aligned with any religion or belief system.
It respects all paths that lead inward to wholeness.
